Intro Course: Our Limitless School
Our Limitless School is a starter course that shows how to use AI apps powered by 2 Hour Learning with in-person guides to help students learn 2x in two hours. Complete this course from home before your arrive at the retreat. It's a prerequisite to Basic Guide Certification.

DAY 1 | TUESDAY
Guiding Learners 101
Meet your cohort at our beautiful retreat center, enjoy a warm breakfast, and settle in for a day of rich learning. Assess where you are on the path to developing the moves of a modern guide in a school that uses 2 Hour Learning. Develop part of your guide plan for your first two weeks.

DAY 2 | WEDNESDAY
AI Learning Lab
Using an assigned avatar, step into a student's shoes to experience AI learning for yourself. On this tech-centered day, you'll explore the 2 Hour Learning software in depth and imagine several possibilities for how your students will spend their 4 hours of daily TimeBacks after academics.

DAY 3 | THURSDAY
Roots In Relationships
Unlearn the traditional teacher role and gain new knowledge about the critical role of a guide in fostering student growth. Design intentional routines, conversations, and structures that create time for powerful coaching. Finalize your plan for guiding students during the first two weeks.

DAY 4 | FRIDAY
Motivating for Mastery
On your last day you'll craft your motivation model to help your students accomplish impossible goals. The retreat concludes with exchanging the best designs that emerged during the week to boost each other toward extraordinary professional success in the weeks ahead.
