Certify as a Professional Guide for Modern Schools
If you're the leader of any variety of Flex models that rely on software for core academics, you need 21st-century guides, not conventional teachers. You want open mindsets, great coaching skills, and adults who can inspire students to self-direct their learning.​
Save years of work by enrolling staff in Guide Certification. These 12-week hybrid programs takes place in three steps:

Participants complete online modules from home.

They attend a beautiful 1-week retreat in a state-of-the-art Flex studio to learn the art of the guide firsthand.

They earn their Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 certification and show up for school with exceptional skills and readiness.
Level 1
Explorer Guide
Experience a Flex studio for yourself in a retreat setting and earn your first badges.
- Gain the perspective of a learner in a Flex learning environment.

Level 2
Apprentice Guide
Demonstrate intermediate skills to enable you to be a confident, visionary guide.
- Earn your next 8-12 badges.
- Show your readiness to work as a guide.
- Prerequisite: Level 1 or 12 weeks of experience in any Flex-type school
Level 3
Lead Guide
Earn a master's degree as you prepare to lead your own program or network.
- Demonstrate readiness to lead a team of guides.
- Earn an accredited degree.
- Prerequisite: Level 2
